Notes about your purchase:

• We do not offer a Mac version: FlashPipe runs on all Windows platforms including Vista.

• Orders are filled via email: After your purchase, you'll get an email that instructs you how to download the registered version.

• Response time: You'll receive your download info via email within about 2 hours during business hours Eastern Standard Time.

• We handle all support requests via email: You'll get a response directly from the program author: usually within about 12 hours.

• No refunds: There's no way to "return" software that has already been sent so please try the trial first.  That's what it's there for.
