- Profile Prism technical support will be

ddisoftware, Inc. is recognized as providing excellent,
prompt support via email, responding to nearly all
support questions within about 1-2 business days. Please
note, however, that technical support is limited to use
of Profile Prism software and we cannot be considered a
"portal" for knowledge regarding ICC profile
usage. As such, we cannot answer questions regarding
usage of profiles in different photo editors or proper
ICC profile setup in software. It is assumed that users
have enough knowledge in this area to be able to utilize
ICC profiles properly once they are created by Profile
Prism.
