Title: What computer hardware is illegal to own? Post by: washington10 on August 15, 2009, 08:48:09 AM I just barely learned from a computer wiz from my oop class that the government prevents sale of certain hardware that is impossible for them to decode. Anyone here a computer wiz at this as well?

Nevertheless, "THEY" would have to get to Microsoft, IBM, motherboard makers, Processor makers, and many other makers of Hard drives and memory etc. It could happen! Stranger things have happened!
