I have a new desktop and need to move/install my Qimage to it. How is that done?

I assume you mean a new desktop computer. Simply place the latest install file in there and double click.
If you didn't save the install file and need a new copy, just go to this location,
http://www.ddisoftware.com/qimage-u/downloads.htm
and proceed from there to get a fresh copy.
