v2010.112     11/04/09

Priority: Low

v2010.112 includes much more flexible folder naming, allowing photos to be downloaded into folders by date shot: folder-per-month, folder-per-day, etc.

Cheese Whiz,
I would have thunk that all you people that wanted folders named for the shot dates would be crowing about FP, since Mike spent a lot of time making this feature wirk for you.
Not even one thought!?
Not one idea pro or con?

I'll reply as one of those who originally requested this feature (but later discovered that he did not need it as much as he thought he did).

Thank you, Mike.  It is a testament to the excellent response to your customers that you have provided in the last seven plus years that I have owned Qimage, Profile Prism, and now FlashPipe.  It is why I purchased FlashPipe over other competitors, even when it did not have the feature that I thought that I needed.   Smiley

Although it is not exactly what I asked for
http://ddisoftware.com/tech/flashpipe/another-feature-request/
I think I will switch from my "homemade" Bibble4-solution to FlashPipe since Bibble4 doesn't support the files from my new Pentax K-7 and Bibble5 is not ready yet.

Thanks

Fred

I've only just been able to find time to reply - would have done earlier, but......!

Thanks Mike - this helps me maintain my normal workflow and storage methodology much more easily.  I hadn't asked for this feature since others had already done so, but thanks again (usual excellent service maintained!)
