I have sent three emails now trying to get my registration email changed so I can re-activate my account. The old email is no longer valid.  Can anyone please help me? I sent my old email, new email, name and PayPal account name it was purchased under.

Will alert Mike to double check his email... sometimes, things get trapped in spam filters etc.

Your email address change is not going through because the change request is for Qimage Ultimate users.  You own the old Qimage which was retired about 5 years ago.  I sent you a Qimage Ultimate discount link (for prior Qimage users).

Hi,

I must be having the same problem, I had a work address I used to register and have been emailing for a change because I no longer have access to the email. I can provide original payment info and anything else that is necessary. Any info would be greatly appreciated, my laptop needed a reinstall and I am useless at the moment, I love the software.

Hi Mr. Marshall,
Please forgive for any inconvenience.
With Hurricane Irma going through here, we were without electricity for a number of days, and then sporadic returns on and off.
Mike is trying to wade through the backlog.

He will need your "particulars" to find you.
The name you used to register your Qimage ultimate, and the email address you used for that registration.
He will also need the new email address that he should use for your account.

You can send it to me, Fred,     via  wathree.ssz@verizon.net
I will see that he gets it right away
