Open that and you have the ability to attach files to your posts.

The format is very similar to another forum I occasionally use here in the UK. Looking at the files sizes of some of the Yahoo forum uploads, there may be occasions when 128KB limit would be a problem. Terry. Yousendit and RapidShare come to mind. Since these forums are on my own site, I don't want to hog the site with attachments. Gotta crawl before we walk. ;)
