I am not a happy camper. I just purchased Qimage and like the website says an email is sent out "immediately" to download the register version. Nothing has happened and its now 20 hours since purchase. I have checked all my email folders and nothing. I am now getting very concerned about the process. I sent 2 emails this morning trying to get the product I paid for.
The purchase will be under ms_osborne if you can respond please that would be appreciated.

No I checked, the last email I sent before I purchased it took 2 weeks for some reason, so this is not good. I need it I have customers waiting for prints...

I just replied to your email.  Here is my email response that I just sent to you.  Hopefully
your ISP won't block this message too and you'll get this email, but I'll copy it below just
in case:

I see that the registration email was sent to ms_osborne@******.ca (ISP redacted for
privacy since this is a public forum) on August 7 at 4:59pm
eastern time.  Please check your spam/junk folder since the message may have gotten
filtered.  I also just sent a second registration message (just prior to this email) to help you
locate it.  If you are still unable to receive the registration emails, we'll need a working email
address (one that does not block incoming mail).

P.S. We didn't receive any bounce messages so if you aren't getting the emails, it's a "blind
block" by your ISP in which case we'll definitely need another email address: gmail or similar
will work fine.

Yes thanks that email worked. I will investigate why my ISP is blocking your email. Downloaded and installed and all is well.
