I have had to purchase a new laptop as mine was getting a bit crusty and very heavy, I would like to install Q image on it, I cannot find my password and login info! Mike, can you help?

I believe the correct approach is to click this link (found on the Qimage web page)  http://www.ddisoftware.com/forms/code.html
That should provide you with a form to fill out.
I believe there's a footnote at the bottom that deals with lost or missing unlock codes.
