I shoot RAW and assign Adobe RGB tag to the images in my camera.

I then download and convert the RAW images (AdobeRGB taged) to TIFF.

For printing using Qimage, does it make any difference if AdobeRGB or sRGB color space are assigned to the TIFF file?

I will be printing with an Epson 1280 and using an ICC profile for my printer, ink and paper.

Adobe RGB has a larger gamut that sRGB so the former will retain more of the camera gamut (larger still) than sRGB. However, the gamut of most printers does not usually exceed that of sRGB, so in theory it should not make a significant difference.
However, I use Qimage Ultimate with a camera profile and usually print from the raw file. If I convert to sRGB and then print, there is a noticeable difference with an Epson R800.
"The proof is in the pudding", so make some test prints and see for yourself if there's a difference.
Since it's no problem to use Adobe RGB compared to sRGB, stick to Adobe RGB to be on the safe side.
Terry.
