Hello, the print size remains blocked to small formats (A4, letter, ...) how to put a width of 17 "on my P800
I do not have access to the usual driver, but to a simplified one Sad
Thank you Smiley

Hi Smiley,
I am assuming that you use Qimage and that is how I will attempt to help
With the SC P800 selected as the printer, on the right side of the main screen (printers and settings tab) is where you change the paper size.
See screen snap 134 showing you selecting User Defined after selecting ROLL PAPER.
So we have ROLL PAPER SOURCE, and Media Size set to User Defined.

Now screen snap 132 shows you where to type in the actual paper size....W 17   L 32.
Then click the little green arrow next to it to activate.
Snap 133 just showing the new page size with printable area.
I am assuming paper size to be the problem as that can be complex, but if you did mean print size, click on the Print tab upper right and select your size. Must be smaller than paper size.

Hope this helps.
Fred

Thank you Fred, it was the driver of my printer that was not up to date on the PC where I test Qimage!
