I have started a new business, so this is all VERY new to me.  I will be custom printing patterned craft vinyl and thought your program might be good for large batches of printing!  I do have a good RIP program, which I can print from with no problem, but there is so much involved with that one, and yours looked like it might be a little easier for batch printing.  I also print custom photos on canvas.  I can do this just fine from the RIP program, but when I try to do it from QImage, even though it is showing my printer on the right side of the screen, it doesn't ever print.  Any ideas?  It is a 24-inch Mutoh Valuejet eco-solvent printer.    Thanks for any ideas on what the problem is!

If it shows on the right under Printers and Settings, it means you have the Windows driver installed for the printer.  When you select that printer, Qimage sends data to the printer driver.  If QU is processing the print(s) to 100% but nothing prints, the issue is in the driver.  The first thing I would suggest is to open Control Panel and go to Printers and Scanners, select the Mutoh Valuejet printer, and print a test sheet: that will tell us if the driver is connected properly and working.  Then we'll go from there.  It's possible that the Valuejet needs to have some driver or spooler settings updated (set specifically) in control panel for it to work as a Windows printer.  Or... sometimes it's as simple as the port setting for the printer is not correct.

Regards,
Mike
