I have the R1900 and have printed many pictures over the years with it. I recently upgraded my printer drivers and now QU does not have the printer in the list. I tried rebooting the computer and resetting printer settings in QU. When I go to Printer Setup in QU it does not have the R1900 listed. It is listed in the Windows printers and I have printed a Windows test page.  Suggestions?

Which version number of QU are you currently running?

OK,
Mike made a small change in the way QU reads new drivers and ports in 133

Just for testing, is there any way you can reinstall 132 and see if QU sees the new driver?
Let me see if I can alert him to your issue.

Jim,
Just so we are together on this, the driver I just checked and the latest which I am downloading is just shy of 3 years old.
When you say, you are upgrading your driver fo9r the 1900, what version number is it?
I am showing 6.62 driver issued Feb. 2013

OK I will shut off the Batman searchlight that calls Mike.
Happy Holidays.
