Using Canon 9500 MkII and Inkpress metallic satin paper. After profiling, the pink cloth is yellow on the left side and streaky yellow and pink on the right side of the model. No amount of adjustment will get it even close. The rest of the colors look not bad tho.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

Please let us know what you did so far.
Did you print a target? Which target? Did you scan both targets. Can you show the screens of the profile color traces that go from bottom left to top right?
What were the driver settings when you printed the target?
Did you print the target using Qimage? What were the Qimage settings?
What size was the printed target?

Let's start there!

I followed all the instructions. I chose Photo Paper Plus Glossy II N and printed the test target from LR. I did the same thing with Canon Pro Platinum paper and the profile was pretty close. I can try printing using a different paper type and see what happens. Inkpress suggests using Glossy Photo Paper II which unfortunately is not a option.

Are you sure that you had colour management turned OFF in LR. I don't know LR particularly well but I seem to remember some earlier posts where it was said this was not possible in LR.
The PP Help makes it clear about turning off CM when printing a target:

Because we want to print raw data for the purpose of deriving a profile, make sure that your printing software is NOT utilizing an ICC profile for the printer. In Qimage, this only involves changing "Printer ICC" to OFF. This option is located on the lower right of the main window in Qimage. If using a photo editor, click "File", "Printer Setup" or "File", "Print Options" and look through all advanced settings to ensure that no ICC profile or "print space" is associated with the printer. For example, in PhotoShop 6 or 7, click "File", "Print Options", and check "More Options" and drop down and select "Color Management". Then make sure that "Print Space" is set to "Same as Source

Another idea which might be easier would be to download and install the Demo version of Qimage Ultimate.
Then click RECALL (top left) click the J button for JOB when the box opens, and select PRINTER TARGET SETUP JOB.

Then simply drag or click the proper target into the upper right of the screen, and set driver to No Color Adjustment, and Print!

That sets it all up for you

Just found this:

NOTE: No Color Management:  This old Photoshop mode isn't available. The most common usage was to send profiling colour targets (such as ours) to the printer, which means that Lightroom absolutely cannot be used to print these charts. These must be printed without colour management.
So Fred's suggestion to Use Qimage Ultimate is the one to go for.

Thank you to everyone for all the answers. I was able to use a paper combo and canon profile dialing in some - magenta in the printer properties and + brightness in lr. Happy with the results. When I get some time I will see about redoing the profile with pp and post the steps and results if I can't get it to work again.

Thanks again.
