I would suggest picking the monitor you intend to do full screen viewing/editing on, and set that as the monitor profile.  The monitor profile is really only important for when you make adjustments.  Just don't turn the monitor profile "off" because then you won't get results reasonable for a monitor if you work on raw photos, photos saved in color spaces like Adobe RGB or ProPhoto, etc.

Qimage reads the printers installed in Windows "Printers and Scanners".  Just drop down "Printer" under the "Printers and Settings" tab in Qimage to see what they are.  Windows installs some "printers" by default so some of those generic ones may be listed: ones like "Microsoft XPS Document Writer", "Fax", and so on.  I'd leave those alone but if you see printers in the list that you don't want, they would have to be removed via Windows "Printers and Scanners".

Looks like you are a frequent user of the PS/LR plugins.  Every image you've ever exported via the plugins is probably being saved.  Use the Manage Disk Usage tool as Fred suggested, and if you don't think you'll need to reload/reprint past jobs, you can check "Export Folders" and remove those.  That will get rid of all the copies of images that Qimage made when using the PS/LR plugins.

Even with a Pro-100, I print a half page purge sheet every other day.  I find that if I let it sit longer than that, ink drops can form on the head and I get smears when I want to print a real photo on good paper.  Doing the purge sheets every other day, I haven't gotten any smears when I do decide to print something nice.

Those are the settings by printer and media type.  They are used to bring back settings you last used for a particular printer and media type.  For example, if you choose Canon Pro-100 Series as your printer and you choose semigloss paper, it will bring back the settings last used for that printer and paper.  I'd leave those alone as they are part of the smart printer settings and they'll come back anyway if you delete them.

Fred's way will delete both prt and pr1 files automatically.  But for inquiry minds, the prt file is the driver settings and the pr1 file are the Qimage settings such as print size, borders, printer profile, any user additional margins, and a bunch of other Qimage-specific settings that go along with that printer setup.

Final thought...  Normally I would suggest checking only black and running a purge sheet to try to clear the black, particularly if the black is low enough that the driver refuses to run a cleaning cycle.  But I could see that it was getting progressively worse as you printed more which is exactly what happened on our P600 and it's an indication that the ink just isn't getting delivered for whatever reason.  If you see mild banding and discover a couple nozzles not firing in the black nozzle check, it's worth doing that but not when it gets worse as you print more.

You can load the layout of your choice and then click the button at the top of the UI with the gear icon.  That will lock the current settings so that Qimage starts with those settings each time and it will open with your layout ready to go.

You might want to remove the plugin via the LR plugin manager and then reinstall Qimage.  When you reinstall, make sure you are using the same Windows account that you intend to use when you run Lightroom.  If you install as an administrator and then switch to a limited user account to actually run the software, it can cause issues.

Right.  The main purpose is to keep nozzles from clogging in the first place.  That said, you will see banding or breaks in the pattern if the nozzle check is as bad as the most recent one you posted.  You may not see any breaks in the pattern if you only have a few nozzles that aren't firing because the purge sheets are not designed to fire individual nozzles as they do in a nozzle check.

Is this a new printer?  Curious if that PK cart was your first?  Maybe the included carts aren't quite up to capacity.  It pained me a bit to throw out a cart that was reading 20% to 25% but there was no other option.  Fortunately the replacement cart worked fine.  I just hope this isn't a trend: where carts go "dry" before the estimated ink level says empty.
