Apparently, you posted this item to a different category. I would love to help, but you haven't told us what the problem might be.
I see two images.... and need to know what it is that is causing you difficulty.

These images didn't print as layout, if u look closely. The margins are wrong and images are shrunk compared to layout. They didn't print correctly in this respect.
Thanks!

I have an R1800 right in front of me, and I set the print size to the same as yours 9.77 x 3.28.
I assume you scanned the layout from a print you made?
Can you measure the print size from that paper print?
I set 8 x 10 paper and get the same as you, but the prints are correct.

Rule of thumb: If Qimage says that the print size is 9.77 x 3.28, then that's what it sent to the driver.
We have to look in your driver properties to see if you have REDUCE/ENLARGE turned on, or scaling by %.

If you don't readily see anything mis set, then go to HELP in Qimage and click on RESET PRINTER SETTINGS.

Thank you for your reply.
Where do I look, if my printer driver is set to reduce/enlarge?

I attached the driver page that shows where you might have turned that on....
Regardless, just do what I suggested in the subsequent post.  Click HELP and then RESET PRINTER.

Actually, there was nothing to reset in driver, but I did it anyway in QIS. All I can say that problem disappeared.

Some driver settings are hidden away and easy to miss. Also, but rarely, saved settings get corrupted and the Re-set from Qimage is all that is required. That's why the feature is there I assume.

Thank you Terry.
I must add one more thing....
That's what makes Qimage the beauty she is...
Once I have my driver set correctly, profile set correctly, paper, print quality, etc,. I click FILE, SAVE, click the "P" button for printer, and name my setup, SAVE.

Then instead of wondering did I set it all right again this time, I just click FILE RECALL, tick then "P" button, and select that saved printer setting.
Bingo, all back, ready to print.
Before you ask:
I have saved 8.5 x 11 Ilford Glossy, Epson Prem Glossy, Ilf Pearl, Epson Prem Luster, Enh Matte....
A3 size, with same settings,
13 x 19 with samer settings...
I have DVD cover size with settings for HP thin paper....
Anything you like.
Fred

Don't forget Print to File settings too.
I have one of those for making 1024x768 pixel images in landscape format for digital projection. The original image may be portrait or landscape and of any aspect ratio, but the final result matches the projector resolution. By using PTF I can add a little border to separate the image from the black background.
