Is this possible at the moment if not then hopefully this can be added in a future upgrade.

I would think that you could create a TIFF.

The 'enhanced'  .dng file is the same as any other .dng file, and will open in QImage in exactly the same way as anything other raw file.

If other adjustments were made to the dng, either in ACR or LR, Qimage would not recognize them.  That was why I suggested a TIFF.  Unless Qimage was going to be used as the sole processor of the raw file.
