I have no idea how difficult it would be to implement, but as Affinity Photo increases in popularity, it would be great if Qimage Ultimate could natively use and print .afphoto files, eliminating the need to export them as either .TIFF, .PSD or .JPG to print with from QU.

I think that if users of other raw software asked Mike to support their custom files, it would be an impossible job.
I have a better suggestion, use Qimage Ultimate to process your raw photos, it does a much better job.
I use other Serif software and tried out the beta versions of Affinity prior to it being offered for sale and thought the raw processing was poor particularly with respect to highlight recovery.

I agree with Terry 100%
I, too, tried out the beta version and , NOT GOOD.

Hmm, maybe not impossible for Mike, although he decides what direction to go Smiley. I remember before Qimage supported raw files and the same sentiment was there...
It would be nice to hand off from Affinity Photo to Qimage but really not a huge deal. I agree that Qimage's raw processor is better than Affinity Photo's but personally, I prefer Lightroom. I now hand off from LR to Qimage One (mac) unless the image needs work that must be done with layers. Then it goes to Affinity Photo and printed with Q1. Works for me.
