Help would be appreciated with a problem that I’ve very recently encountered (never come across it before in all the years that I’ve been using Q and QU) with the list of available print sizes and the available crop sizes in the Crop Wizard.  My current printer is an Epson Stylus Photo P50 (an A4 size printer), which I normally use for 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 inch prints and use the Crop Wizard accordingly.

Suddenly I find that the list of available print sizes has increased to include sizes that would be appropriate for an A3 printer and when I for instance add an image at size 4x6 to the queue then try to use the Crop Wizard, I’m presented with a crop size list starting at 8x10 and going up to 24x36, with no lower size options.  The media size options are set for 4x6 as are the print sizes (borderless).

I’ve tried resetting the Printer Settings and resetting ALL Program Settings to no avail; also reinstalled the printer driver with no success and don’t want to go delving into any murky waters without knowing what I’m doing!  I hope that the two attachments might help you to see what I’m talking about. Thanks,

Glenn

Hi Glenn,
It looks like the list of large sizes has been set rather than the "Default" sizes.
Right click on the print size list and choose Load Sizes.
Now select the Default sizes and Open.
That should do it.
See screen shot below, my list has some custom ones too.

Thanks for the great response Terry!  That did it - so simple when you know how - I've never been there and don't know how it happened, but I won't forget that option.
