I have q ultimate ver 2016 138.
When we bought our Epson 9900 it gave great color and was a close match to our Noritsu d1005 printer that we have.
We do school photography and lots of other photography full time .
I have been running the lab for 37 years. Lately the color is off. compared to the other output we have the images are really flat, pasty and the people look dead. I use only Epson inks and have used  the same paper from fuji since we got it in2014.

The printer makes good clean nozzle checks and the ones I do now are the same as some I have laying around from 2015.

Looking for some help, suggestions anything!
Thanks
Tom

There is no mention of profiles for the Fuji paper. Are you using them? Has the paper changed at all, and if so, the profiles need to be updated.
Driver settings:  If you use a printer profile in Qimage for the paper, the color matching should most likely be set to OFF.
How about image color space.?  RAW or JPG? Has that changed?

Hope something lights the bulb.

I am using the paper profiles.
Color matching...I will check tomorrow.
I am not aware of any paper changes or profile changes but will check.
Color space is mostly Rgb withe occasional  adobe 1998.
Due to our work flow it is 95% jpeg though I do print the occasional files the is from raw but never do we print an actual raw file.
Thanks for the suggestions . I will look them over in the morning.

Tom,
Another possinility crossed my mind....
See screen snap attached.
Any chance someone inadvertently placed an adjustment file in Print Filter  or Global Filter?
Also asking if the screen image looks normal but the print is washed out, or both?
