I have a job saved. When I add floating text and choose to print date and time, it is not the actual date and time of the print, but of the date and time the job was saved.

Is there an easy method to print the date and time of the actual print in stead of the date and time of the job?

An how to save that in the job while it has to be updated every time I print the job.

In the floating text dialog, the blue floating text options deal with the image or photo so date/time will be the date/time of the photo.  It is designed to display the date/time of the photo so you'll get the "date shot" from the EXIF info in the image.

There is currently not an option for "current" date and time.  We've never gotten a request for that before: most people want the photo date/time.  I'll see if I can add it in the next release.  For now, you can just type it if you like since it's a one time entry that applies to all prints.

I use this mainly for keeping track of exercising my printer (i.e.: when was the last "exercise"?).

But also for being able to find the date and time of a print I want to sell and have to bill that to a customer. In these cases, I'll print the date and time outside any crop-margins.

I would like this feature in order to keep track of an image's variants as I edit and print them.
