I haven't received the camera profiles that Mike said were supposed to be sent to all Studio to Ultimate up-graders. Has anyone else received them?

I've sent out all that have been requested.  They are not sent automatically.  If you click on the blue link "send request" on the mini-FAQ page (that link is also on the "purchase" page), I'll send them to you.
