I've been using Qimage for years, always on PC machines and HP3200 printers and never had problems while sending files at real sizes for printing on roll formats, but since the last version it's been more than common to get the warning saying the print is to big for a certain page size, even if I'm planning to nest a bunch of pictures on large roll format.
I've tried every different setting, but can't understand why some pictures always fail and gets it's dimensions changed.
Anybody has experienced the same trouble?
Thanks!

I was hoping someone with experience with the Z3200 would chime in, so hopefully we'll get a read from other Z3200 users.  The only thing I can suggest is to look at the page size listed above the live view.  If you get the message that the print is too big to fit on one page, the current print size you are trying to add is larger than at least one of those dimensions.  If the listed page size is 23.97 x 42.67 for example, you could print a 23.97 x 40 inch print but not a 24 x 40.  You couldn't even print a 24 x 24 because there is no way to print 24 inches.

I know the Z series printers have some idiosyncrasies when it comes to sizing in that you can pick a paper size in the driver and end up with a listed page size that is smaller (or even larger) due to certain scaling type options.  That's where I was hoping a Z series user could chime in because there are some common potholes when dealing with paper sizes in the Z drivers.  I also know that the Z drivers don't allow custom sizes outside the driver so you can't just enter a custom size on the Qimage UI and click the check mark to accept that paper size: new/custom sizes have to be created and saved inside the driver and then picked from the media size list in Qimage.  If you DO try to enter a custom media size on Qimage's Printers and settings tab on a Z printer, when you click the check button, the Z driver just picks what appears to be a "random" existing paper size from the list.  That sometimes causes problems if you don't notice that you didn't get the "size you ordered".  That issue exists due to the Z driver reporting (to Windows) that it can accept a custom size when it really can't.

Regards,
Mike
