Hi I'm new to the site and new to Qimage Ultimate. I have watched the online videos and reviewed the Help Index but still having a problem with the below issue.

I have a file that is 4320 by 2868. I am trying to print it so the picture portion measures 10 x 13. I created a custom size with these measurements but when I print it it the printed version does not measure 10 x 13. I have tried it with Auto Crop on and off and still can't print that size.

Would appreciate any input that can be provided.

Thanks

Hi Buddy,
Welcome to the forum.
You have not said what size is actually being printed. Let us know that with the printer type and paper size.
Have you got borderless set?

I have attached some screen shots to show what 10x13 should looks like in the set up on A3 paper: -
The custom size, and the queue tab which shows the precise printed size sent to the driver by QU.

One common problem when prints turn out the "wrong" size is an inadvertent driver setting to  reduce or enlarge in the driver, see the 3rd screen shot. This is for an Epson printer but whatever brand, there'll be something similar. Please check that.

Another possibility is that you might have a  border turned on if the print is too small.
As Terry said though, need to know which printer, what size paper, and what are the results you are getting.

Thanks, and welcome.

Terry, Fred,

Thanks for replying. Your screen shot solved my problem. In Auto Cropping  I had selected the wrong radio button.  I had selected "Adjust print size to obtain full image" Once I changed Auto Cropping to "On" - crop image to obtain print size I was able to print it as 10 x 13

I am using an Epson 2400 and Premium Luster Paper, size A3

Thanks for you assistance. Much appreciated.

Actually, the correct place to turn on Auto Crop (or off) is in the print property box as shown. This gives you the ability to size prints individually with selecting crop on or off by individual print.

Glad we could help.
