Hi,
I cannot find "color mode" tab in my Canon 100 printer driver setup as indicated by Mike's instructions.

Open Printer properties box. Click the MAIN tab. see screen snaps.

I still don't see tab called "color mode" or "settings" in your screen snaps. I think that exact nomenclature, as shown in driver dialogue should be used, otherwise it's confusing and hard to follow.

I sent you tyhe proper screen snap. Here it is again showing COLOR/INTENSITY You click Manual dot, and then the SET button

The odd thing is I was talking to Mike when your request for help came in.
We looked it the black help aid screen and word for word, it says:
On the Main Tab, under color/intensity, Click MANUAL.
Click Settings Button
Open the Matching Tab... then click NONE.

That's exactly what I wrote.
