Using 2013.110 on a dual monitor Windows 8 system.  QI pops up an alert that that there is a monitor profile mismatch.  Display 1 uses a standard sRGB profile, while display 2 uses a custom profile PA271W.icc.  I have QI set to the custom profile because display 2 is the one I use for color critical work. 

Looks like QI is comparing its monitor profile to the Windows profile for display 1.  Maybe it should check all the displays and only issue a warning if none of the match?

That is correct.
So you could make your profiled monitor "Display 1" or, alternatively tick the box in the QU alert which prevents the message appearing.
