I'm being billed $24.60 each month, every month, for Qimage Ultimate. Is that correct? Has Q become a subscription service? If so, I'll need to find another printing application, or print directly from Photo Shop. If monthly billing is a mistake on Q's part, how to I get it to stop?

That is not a charge from us.  I would encourage you to look closely at your statement: is is likely you are seeing a charge from someone else.  There are no monthly fees with Qimage.  I also checked my account and I'm not seeing that amount anywhere, for anyone.  $24.60 is not an amount we charge.  You get one year of updates with your initial purchase and then after the year, you can renew your registration at any time for $19.99.  Those are the only charges associated with Qimage.

Thanks - That's reassuring. I'm in an awkward place. PayPal refuses to stop these charges, claiming they are initiated by me. I don't know what site would have initiated them. But that's my problem, not yours.

Have you tried going to the recurring charges (subscriptions) page on PayPal?  Sometimes you'll find the recurring charge there and you can cancel it.  If you have a PayPal credit card though, it could be something that is being processed through the card and wouldn't show up there.
