Sorry to ask so many questions, but I really am trying to learn the strengths of Qimage, so I do search the videos and "Manual" before I ask a question. I try not to be too lazy to look up, but some things are hard for me to find.
Like using the plugin to send a photo(s) from Lightroom, is there a way to turn off Qimage adding a sequence number to the file name, or at least hide it when using the file name in floating text. In this case, I am sending a landscape from Lightroom to Qimage. I am printing the title and file name but really do not want the [001] showing if possible.
Thanks all.

The 001 appears to be part of the filename.
Just right click on the thumb and select RENAME. Remove the 001.
I hope this helps, but unfortunately I don't do Lightroom plug ins.
Maybe someone who does will chime in.

Thanks so much but it is not part of the file name. If I sent 6 files from Lightroom they would then have the prefix inside brackets [001] - [006]
But thanks so much for taking the time to respond!

The sequence number is important for two reasons.  First, it allows you to see the images in the same order as they appear in LR/PS.  For example, the sequence number in PS corresponds to the tab number so if you have 3 images open, the sequence number is the PS tab.  We do this so that files that are sent to Qimage don't appear in "random" order compared to LR or PS.

The second and potentially most important reason is to prevent file conflicts.  In both LR and PS you can have several images named "IMG0001.JPG" open at the same time.  So if you have three files named IMG0001.JPG open, one each from folders C:\Photos\2020\Jan, C:\Photos\2020\Feb, and C:\Photos\2020\Mar, the sequence number guarantees unique names when sent to Qimage via the plugins.

Mike
