I have a pro-1 using PC inks..??
I've done many nozzle checks, and all come out fine.
I've checked, rechecked all my settings in Qimage, are ok.
First I thought it was the image, but no,any image I choose,I keep getting the same faded results.
I've uninstalled/installed all my inks,giving them a light shake...still..its a no go??

I'm not getting any error messages,so,cant seem to figure out ,whats going on

My last 4 prints,{of a pier with blue water, sky}anything blue comes out a light teal blue.??
The printer is only about 8 months old,& purchased new.,& I run windows 10.

Anybody have a clue ,as what might be the problem???
Any help/suggestions,will be greatly appreciated-thanks,
Mike

Mike,
Please try to print using a Canon paper and the matching profile.

After our phone talk, you were using some Cockamaymie (Brooklyn word) paper and profile.
Perhaps PC inks and that profile the paper company gave you do not play well together.

Yes, after I got off the phone with you, I started using Canon luster paper, and their matching profile.

What might have happened is, I might have refilled the cyan cartridge with light cyan ink, and the light cyan cartridge with cyan ink??
Only other thing I can thing of ,is,somehow, the ink cartridges got contaminated, anyway
this has turned out to be a major problem, and I cant use the printer-thank God, I have a pro-10 using OEM inks.
Thanks again for your phone tech support yesterday-your the best, Fred.,sorry to be such a PITA.

An update,on my Pro-1 problem.
Jose assumed that I put the wrong ink in the wrong cartridge...,looks like I did not.

What he recommends I do, is to start all over again ,with new cyan & photo cyan cartridges, and just transfer the chips from my existing cartridges...fill them up with ink, hopefully I should be good to go..??

He is also going to contact Mike, at PC inks,& send him a print ,I sent Jose's,so,anybody, getting the same problem ,can more or,less identify the issue, quickly.
Hopefully that help some other pro-1 owners,if needed.

To all you guys,I want to thanks all of you for your great tech support, you've given us in 2018.
A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to ALL.

MikeS.
