Hi,

I would find it useful for "Job File Naming - Automatic" if were possible chances for more settings.
For the moment goes with "Automatic only "name using date and time".
Would be good, even if one could add ("Automatic with filename") name using date and time AND filename.
(And plus name convention with regular expressions?)

Can you build this in future version?

Thanks Wolfgang

I really don't know how that could be done as you stated.
A job usually contains more than one image. Which filename would you use?
Auto Print job logging contains the print job with the filenames already.

I'm sure Mike is going to ask the same thing.
So if you have a plan to improve... get it together.

It is very easy to search the Job Log folder.
From Recall Job, click the "Go to the Job Log Folder" to open it and then use the search icon, top right. Using this feature means complicated auto  job file names are not required (imho).
You can search on image file name and date easily.  Cool

Thanks for the ansver.

A possible option (?): To integrate with only one picture the possibility the picture name automatically.
With more than picture, which use the usual manner.

A better solution: A menu for favorite images/jobs - so that I mean favourite printings find faster.

Thanks and greetings Wolfgang

That is an item that I need from time to time where I want to find a job or set of JOBS quickly.
So all I do is a little cranial innovation.

When I name the JOB, I add !!!  or if it really a job I want located quickly at the top of the sort, I might add, !!!! before the name I give it.
Qimage sort will place all of my "hot jobs" at the top of the list.
