Hello I have just spent a couple of days on the "Making Photo Cards video" It is wisely labeled advanced I found it very hard to get what I wanted, but would have never got there without the video help. Fred. now getting more or less what I want out of the printer, well more rather than less. Jeff |

wrt. saving U-tube videos on your local pc: there are plenty of video capture programs available for free. I use the Sothink one - found here http://www.web-video-downloader.com/. It saves the videos as mp4's, but you can convert to other formats if you need. Best wishes, Ray |

They are much to slow to work on my system. The lessor quality version takes three or four minutes to load. Then I get about five seconds of video, and then another five minutes for the next five seconds to load.
A link to download to the computer would be helpful.
Too bad.

Ray's link worked nicely for me. The FireFox addon took maybe 90 seconds to download the entire "Getting Started" video in full 720p. Maybe my connection is too fast?  Mike |

To download Youtube I use the free version of Real Player. Just ensure that in Preferences (top left drop down menu) that the Download and recording (near bottom) is ticked to download from Firefox and IE. For me it works well with firefox but is higly temperamental with IE9.

I also liked the look of this one and seems good. The one thing that threw me though was the links Mike posts are for "popup" versions ~ scratches head ~ finds mikeyutoob 'site' where normal embeds are and he presto downloading all of them as I type.........intend to burn to CD or DVD for viewing as needed  I look foward to the list growing as appropriate??? |

I just save the video from my "Temporary Internet Files" Be it Windows XP or Windows 7. What every size it is on the internet is the size that is saved. On "Some Sites" you may need a different player to play the video .. but their free. This Way May Not Be For EveryoneYa Me |

I had 'download helper' installed, from some time back. I'd completely forgotten about it . Thanks for reminding me, Terry. For this purpose - U-tube videos - it is very easy and straight forward to use - if you remember how to do so, where to click, etc. (not that 'so-think' will be any better in that respect, I guess).
