After some time not using Qimage because of illness, I got back with Qimage Ultimate last night by paying my fee and trying to download the latest version.  Each time I try to download the newest version I get the following error message using Microsoft Edge and Yahoo mail.

"Unauthorized
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required."

Any help would be appreciated.

When this happens, one of two things is going on.  Either the browser is auto-filling the URL to a different address, or the browser's auto-fill is interfering with entering the username or password.  When you click the URL in your registration email, first verify that it is pointing to the correct version via the URL.  Then, for the username and password, try typing both manually instead of copy/paste.  Some browser auto-fill plugins can cause a problem with copy/paste.  I can confirm that the URL, username, and password are working properly.  Also keep in mind that some security applications (Bitefinder security and others) will try to block access to some URL's so those may need to be disabled temporarily to access https: addresses.

Regards,
Mike

Thanks, instead of clicking on the address in the e-mail which was the address of an older version, I typed in the correct address and version and it went as planned.

I have had this for some time and when I update I get unauthorised.

If you then put the cursor into the address area and press enter it then goes through ok.
