I replaced an old printer with a different model. The old printer has been deleted from Windows list of printers. But I am unable to delete the old printer from the unclog list. More accurately, I can delete it and it no longer shows in the list but when I close and restart QImage the old printer is back in the list.

Is it possible to set up a different schedule for each printer? I would like to schedule every 3 days for my Epson P7000 and every 7 days for my Epson WF-7620.

Open unclogger. Scroll to the printer you with to delete
Click the RED X
See screen snap

As to double scheduling, not able to work that way. Either make bothe same, or do one manually

Yes, that deletes it from the list. But it doesn't stick. After I shut down and restart QImage the old printer is back in the list.

I guess I'll have to do manual scheduling for the second printer. At least until Mike adds multiple scheduling.

Sticks here. Tried it three times, and I have no more printers to delete.

Which red X are you clicking, the one that says "Cancel" or the one on the right next to the printer drop down list?

I discovered the problem. As mentioned earlier, I can delete the printer but it doesn't stay away. Using the Reset Print Unclog Settings option under Help doesn't work either. It deletes all entries in the unclog drop down list except for the missing WF-7610 printer.

When I select the old (missing) printer from the drop down list I get the error message shown in Unclog1. Some investigation shows that I can delete entries for printers that I have, but not for the printer that no longer exists.

So QImage is getting derailed when trying to deal with a non-existent printer.

I poked around and found the files shown in Unclog2 in QImage's Save directory. I manually deleted them and all is well now.
