If I buy Qimage Ultimate, and then uninstall Qimage Studio, will I lose any settings in the uninstall process?

I do not think so because Q-SE shares the same program/application data that is in a common folder.
Just use the Windows standard uninstall process from Control Panel, not an uninstall program that may delete other folders.
You could always make a copy of  the folder just in case. Use the Utilities menu to locate it.

Just confirming... you can safely uninstall Studio without it affecting Ultimate.
