Hi,

Sorry to post for this type of problem here but I need to change my email address for Qimage ultimate and I am going in circles.

I have tried the "change email link" on the website putting in my name, old email, new email. Also did this sending an email to support.

Got no feedback. So when I try to change my email address via the Qimage ultimate splash screen, I get an error message : this email address is not in our database.

What am I doing wrong ?

I just made the change manually so you should be good to go.  I'm in the process of overhauling the software that takes care of email address changes and some got delayed so I'm sending those manually in the mean time.  Sorry for the delay.  The delayed changes should be solved by Monday.
