There isn't, what you see is what you get. I assume you know about hovering you mouse over a thumbnail, right mouse click and select Display Image Info.

To look at all Exif data I use Exiftool GUI - http://freeweb.siol.net/hrastni3/foto/exif/exiftoolgui.htm
I use it in Qimage from the Utilities Menu, Explore Current folder and the right mouse click to select Sent To: ExiftoolGUI.
