Title: image cropping

i'm creating a 12" x 16" canvas when i apply the image it appears to get cropped and the full image is not displayed , i have attached a screen shot
 i use windows 10 now
when i was using windows 7 i never had this problem
could you point me in a direction how to sort this issue

Hi Carl.
Seems from the information supplied that we should have an easy fix.
Open Qimage. Click the PRINTS tab upper right. At almost the bottom of that screen, you see a bluish scissors. That is AUTO CROP.
Click it to OFF.
Now your image will be shown in its original aspect ratio set to whatever size you choose.

Now, you might not get 12 x 16 unless your image is a 4:3 ratio. That is why auto crop was on.
**** Alternative method. Put crop scissors back on, and go into PAGE EDITOR.
Top right, click on Crop tab.  In that small window, you will see a red line where Qimage had to crop to make the 12 x 16
Your mouse pointer becomes a hand, and drag that image away from the red line until it is gone.
Adjust to your taste and need.

.In 113 the left side of flower is missing.
114 you are on Page Editor and see the red line.
116 results!!
