Hi,
am complete newbie to this forum and to Qimage ultimate. Have PC and Qimage standalone.
#1: How do I close thumbnails, and put new ones into the program from my stored folders?

#2: How do I print an 11x14 inch image on an 11x17 inch media on a Canon Pro 100. This
printer does not list an 11x14 size.

Thank you for any help.

Watch this video, this should help to get you going.

You should see a circular red "V" button in various places in QU which are links to help videos. The getting started one is top right on the main window. If you cannot see it, go to Help, Show video links.

No apologies needed for being a newbie. Each of us was at one time.

OK I am jumping in here because I use a Canon Pro 100 also.
There's a criterion when printing that escapes most of us in the beginning.
It is called printable area, That means that even though you select 11 x 17 paper, you can not print 11 x 14 on it because the printable area is 10.731 x 16.685. That means the print size is max at normal settings.
You can get it to fit if you choose borderless in the driver. See snap 003 and snap 004.
Also in 004 you can see the tab that says PRINTS. In there you can select the size print and even customize the size.

Changing folders calls for a mouse click on SNAP 005

Feel free to ask anything and everything. Good folks on here all the time
Fred
