Hi,
I am using Studio Edition V2008.213 with a Canon 8100. I have a 36 inch roll loaded. I am trying to print four 8.03x10.53 prints to a page size of 12x36. I have "use original sizes" chosen and have tried the "specify size" command as well.. I have tried both "optimal placement " and "center print placement" BUT the prints keep coming out 7x9 inches no matter what I do. I have tried printing with borderless chosen but it doesn`t change anything. What do I do to get the print sizes correct?

Hi Mike,
Frankly, I don't see any problem at all, unless I missed something!
You want 4- 8.03 wide prints side by side on a 36 inch wide roll, and the prints are 10.53 long.

I set the roll to custom size at 36 x 12 as you specified.
I tell Qimage Ultimate that I want a custom print size (using Custom) of 8.03 x 10.53.
I add my 4 images, and (crop scissor on), and I get what you see in my screen snap.

What did I miss?
The only thing I need to ask is whether you played with the scaling in the driver.
Leave scaling unchecked or the driver will resize your prints.
See more attached screen snaps.
