I use 8 1/2" X 11" glossy photo paper in my Canon MP990.  I cannot get Qimage to recognize that size in the program.  I can enter it in the printer preferences but Qimage will only show 8" X 10" for photo paper.  Any way I can get it to recognize the larger size.

If you select 8.5 x 11 size paper in the driver, Qimage will report (above the upper right side preview panel) the printable area that your printer allows under normal conditions.

For example, my Epson R 1800 says that the printable area is 8.26 inches by 10.776.
What is the actual reading above the preview panel ?  Make sure you selected 8.5 x 11 in the driver.

I went to Help/reset printer and set the size to 81/2 to 11 and it seemed to be fine.  Thanks.

That RESET printer removes any tinkering that was done inside the driver where most people mess up the print size and position.
Good Job!!
