Post by: Ernst Dinkla on June 12, 2009, 12:03:07 PM
Where does one apply for membership of the Qimage Sudio mailing list on Yahoo ?

Studio user for some years I guess so that shouldn't be the problem.

I bought Qimage Studio and decided to join the mailing list.
When I signed up for yahoo group, my request was declined, the letter I got says only user of QS can be on that list.
How to register?

If your registration was declined, it is most likely because you didn't provide any identifying information.  When you view the group details before you register, the information tells you that you need to provide enough information to be identified as a registered Studio Edition user.  If you purchased Qimage Studio using the name "John Doe" and email jdoe@whateverisp.com and then you sign up to Qimage Studio using the email address widget1234@yahoo.com with no other information, there is no way to verify you as a Qimage Studio user.  Just enter your real email address and name in the comments field when you sign up.  That way we know who you are and you won't appear "anonymous".
