Hi guys

I've only just downloaded the trial version of Qimage 2016 and being the impatient type jump straight to the forum for help at the first problem Smiley

Okay, so I want use my Epson 9800 wide format printer with roll paper. I did a few test prints on plain roll paper simply to avoid costly mistakes with photo paper. I loaded my images, just the 4 to start with and chose optimal. I set the printer paper settings to Super A0 914mm but didn't really want to choose a length but couldn't find how to change the 1292mm automatically chosen.

So I did my first print of 4 pictures that fitted nicely across the top but found the printer reeled out probably the remaining 1292mm and cut!!

I obviously don't want this to happen - I'd prefer just an inch or maybe 2 and then cut.

Can anyone give me tips for avoiding the paper waste please?

Many thanks

John

OK John,
See attached screen snaps to help.
I am not so good with metric, so just see the principle of setting the length with my inches.

Go into your driver and find (page layout) the User defined box.
That is where you set the width and length of your print.
