I save printer settings for different papers, etc. I set Color Settings - Matching to 'Off' However, when I recall printer settings, the color settings - matching has changed to 'driver matching' with a 'perceptual' rendering intent. Why does the color settings-matching value not retain the saved value of 'off'? I can't see your settings so I can't really say. Can you post a screenshot of your Printers and Settings tab so I can see the media type, media size, printer profile, etc.?

Not seeing a problem here: as soon as I select a profile the color setting in the driver switches (and stays) on Off.
Maybe to test it try clicking the AI Copilot button on the top of the main UI and turn OFF all the driver AI options, then try to operate the driver settings manually. Definitely wasn't as I left it a while before raising the issue...?! Still seems to be doing what it should now which is good. I'll keep an eye on it. |
