Title: Macro Ring Flash With A Stroboscopic Mode Post by: Terry-M on July 09, 2021, 03:51:33 PM I was recently given (birthday pressy) a Kenro Macro Ring Flash which has a Stroboscopic Mode. It's called 'Multi Mode'.
Can anyone tell me what the advantages are of using this mode for macro and close-up photography. I've seen a YouTube video which demonstrates using it in a portrait studio situation portrait but nothing for macro work. It is useful in exposing the movement of the subject. Thus, you can capture the subject in motion in a single frame, without stitching multiple images. You can capture images of flying bat in sequence at night, movement of a bouncing ball, etc.
