High Resolution Monitors (Lenovo W540)

I'm having an issue with the resolution on a Lenovo W540, 2880 x 1620 Native Resolution, nVIDIA Quadro K2100M video card.
Somehow, when I first installed QImage, all was well, full screen not an issue. Then Adobe went into my computer trying to fix a PS CC6 s/n validation (which they failed after 4 log onto my system, resetting firewalls, permissions, etc), and now most of my programs (aside from Lightroom), come up with tiny print and workspaces (e.g. Quicken, Photoshop,
I checked all my video setting and preference to no avail. Chrome, Lightroom, Perfect Effects, Photomatix, and more all work well.\
Any hints on the software "switch" that may have disappeared?

Can you do a system restore or do you backup your hard drive so you can restore an image of that?
Try re-installing the video driver and/or check if there's a new version and install that.
That's the best I can suggest at present except that for the future, remote access to a PC by others is no-no for me!

Hi
This sometimes happens if the Tahoma or segoeui.ttf fonts are missing, if they are you can download and re-install them.
You can also try (Win 7) - Right-click the desktop> Personalize., >"Display">Adjust ClearType Text, A window will pop up. Make sure its checkbox ("Turn on ClearType") is checked. Click "Next.". Follow the prompts through the wizard.
Also, have you tried a system restore? It will usually work for problems like this.

I've found another one here
http://superuser.com/questions/39847/how-to-reset-windows-7-to-its-default-font-for-the-whole-system
Open Fonts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Fonts.
In the left pane, click Font settings.
Click Restore default font settings.
