Title: Monitor Calibration w/ the MonacoOPTIX DTP 94 Colorimeter
Post by: roa5100xx on January 29, 2012, 05:17:17 PM
Hi Aii,
I have been calibrating my HP LP2475w monitor with BasiCColor software and the DTP 94 colorimeter on a PC running Windows XP Professional, 32bit. Upgraded to Windows 7 64bit, now can't find drives for the Dtp 94 colorimeter.

What can I replace the DTP 94 with that would give good results with the above monitor using the same software(BasiCColor 4.1.28) or do I need a complete new calibration package?

Thanks for your help,

Herbert

Have you tried this link?
http://www.photocitizen.com/computers-and-software/x-rite-optix-xr-and-ezcolor-work-with-64-bit-windows-7/

It's for the dtp94 only with the ezcolour software instead.
Driver's here...

As for the software that you're using, if that installs without any problems then hopefully you're good to go, maybe w7 might temporarily disable your theme whilst it's running but I wouldn't have thought that would make any difference to building a profile.

Worth a go anyway if you haven't tried it already.
