Looks like no-one has a sense of humour here, or is the cartoon too "cutting". Mike excepted of course ;D Terry Title: Re: A Tip of the Hat to "Dilbert" Post by: Fred A on February 05, 2011, 05:57:05 PM One needs a sense of humor... in life.
This morning, I went to the waterfront in hope of taking some pictures, It looked like a fog one might find in London during the Jack the Ripper era. So my friend and I went for pancakes and eggs and sausages. Went home after that, looked at my three shots, whined about the fog, and now it's 5 hours later and the sun is out. You have to laugh! In the US we call this Murphy's Law. From Wikipedia: Murphy's law is an adage or epigram that is typically stated as: "Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong". Fred We also use Murphy's law, also sods law. I will have to give you my sods photographic law, but a bit to coarse for this forum. jeff Title: Re: A Tip of the Hat to "Dilbert" Post by: Jeff on February 06, 2011, 08:34:44 AM By the way, I like the photo, reminds me of my sailing days.

Fred Fred, Different strokes for different folks. I'm a volunteer photographer for the National Park Service at Shenandoah NP. I schedule my trips around weather forecasts for inclement weather - the worse, the better and throw in some fog to make my day. :) |
