Title: Accessing "Cloud" Storeage from Qimage Ultimate Post by: Terry-M on May 31, 2016, 02:43:53 PM Some of you may use so-called "cloud" storeage such as Drop Box or Google Drive. I particularly like such facilities to enable me to send large files, such as raw image photos and videos.
The problem with accessing the cloud facilty from most programs is it cannot be seen as a "drive" with a letter in Explorer. I recently solved this problem, after doing some research, by using a program called NetDrive http://www.netdrive.net (http://www.netdrive.net). I have set it up for Google Drive. See screen shots below. .... 001 shows Drive Google Drive as "S" in This PC .... 002 show QU open in the Copy to dialogue with the S-drive visible .....003 shows a folder on G Drive open with raw images, each with a qrs (raw refine setttings) and flt (edit filter) in the same folder. I can actually edit an image in that situation, share it or copy/move to my PC all from within QU 8) NetDrive does have a free app for mobile phones too. Terry |
