Jeff,
It's a coincidence you should mention this, in about an hour I'm doing a projected picture show for some "seniors".
I'm using the Qimage slide show feature but I haven't got a projector profile so will just set sRGB as the "monitor" (=projector) profile in Qimage, rather than leave the laptop profile there.
If you have a projector profile, then you would use that instead. If you are using some other application that is CM aware, then you must set the projector profile as the "monitor" profile. I'm pretty sure that in Windows, it is not possible to have more than one monitor profile active at the same time and it has to be set, as required, to be the Windows default - or set in the projection software.
If Vista is being used, I have a suspicion that it manages colour whatever the application if the images have an embedded profile, but I've never had that confirmed
Terry.
