Title: Install qimage in both PS and PS beta Post by: JeffR on January 10, 2024, 10:40:23 PM I just installed the latest version of QImage. I have both PS (latest update) and PS beta. QImage only installed in the beta. How do I get it to show up in the standard PS. Using PC, OS 10.
Title: Re: Install qimage in both PS and PS beta Post by: admin on January 11, 2024, 08:11:36 PM The full version of PS doesn't update the Windows registry if you have the beta installed and leave it there. This is a decade old Adobe bug where the beta masquerades as a full version so then the full version doesn't know to update the Windows registry unless you first uninstall the beta.
You have to uninstall the PS beta and then uninstall and reinstall the full version of PS. Then run the Qimage installer again. Regards, Mike |
